IFT Food Expo 2008 Preview

At the 2008 IFT (Institute of Food Technologists) Food Expo, June 29-July 1, in New Orleans, D.D. Williamson and colorMaker invite attendees to visit their new, island booth. The design illustrates D.D. Williamson’s updated brand identity to reflect its growing portfolio of natural colorants. The exhibit, Booth # 4319, will feature the following:

 

§        Peachberry iced tea containing elderberry and caramel color

§        Mango iced tea containing certified organic caramel color

§        Cookies with frosting containing various natural colorants

§        Hard candies containing annatto extract, turmeric, and red cabbage colorants

 

D.D. Williamson’s Jennifer R. Guild, Global Food Science and Regulatory Manager, will participate in the IFT Food Law & Regulations Division’s Roundtable - Session 031-02. The Roundtable, “What is Natural?” Naturally Derived Color Additives is scheduled for 4 pm, Sunday, June 29th, in Room 398.
